If you haven’t been paying attention, you might be missing something that is, at the very root of our constitutional republic, so corrosive and damaging to our nation. The Family as they have been called, but are also known as C Street Center, is this very strange, secretive organization that is highly evangelical and is made up of our congressmen and senators.

These politicians are responsible for supporting some of the most fundamentally conservative movements within our government, and their mission, from their own mouths mind you, is to fill as many seats within our political system with highly charged and evangelical, Christian “politicians” as they can.

Unfortunately, this is not just to convert America to the Evangelical religion, but to have a network of many leaders all over the world that support this same “political philosophy of Jesus.” I am not going out on a limb here, this is all real. No subjectivity. Our very own, very powerful Senator Jim Inhofe has been making trips to Africa on the tax payers dollar and representing our nation’s government while being very intimately tied to this Evangelical movement. To prove it, here is Senator Jim Inhofe, a very prominent member of this society, incriminating himself.

Here is Jeff Sharlet, an author of a book titled “The Family: The Secret Fundamentalism at the Heart of American Power,” describing this international movement in an article on Salon.com:

The Family likes to call itself a “Christian Mafia,” but it began 74 years ago as an anti-New Deal coalition of businessmen convinced that organized labor was under the sway of Satan. The Great Depression, they believed, was a punishment from God for what they viewed as FDR’s socialism. The Family’s goal was the “consecration” of America to God …

If that doesn’t scare you, I don’t know what will, but let’s get logical for a minute. Even if you are a religious person, you should be very worried about this. These politicians are representing the United States of America when they are on these missions to convert. In other words, this can easily be perceived as a State sanctioned religious movement. You know, not unlike the crusades?

The problem is they are pushing this agenda into countries that are highly charged and sensitive about Christianity, America, Englishmen and imperialism being funneled into their country. It could very easily be perceived by a militant branch of a nation that America is pushing an agenda into their country to convert and occupy. This can easily lead to another attack or war, and also happens to be why Osama bin Laden, Al Qaeda and the other extreme Islamists do not like us very much.

This isn’t even considering the fact that the separation of church and State is written into our very own constitution. How about I remind you all of it again. As a matter of fact, it is so important, it is in the very First Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Well, what are you going to do about it? I for one am going to continue reporting about these corrupt, religious political movements, as well as continually protest against this idea of a political philosophy of Jesus, what ever that may be. But, I can’t do this alone, I need people of all faiths helping. Even if you are Catholic, Protestant or Jewish, it doesn’t matter because you have politicians that are representing you and your nation, not as an unbiased, neutral entity, but as an Evangelical politician. Do something, and do it now, please!
