Got allergies? Get worms! As nasty as that sounds, a scientist in the 70’s actually gave himself worms to prevent his allergic reactions to allergens. And, it worked!

It seems as though more and more evidence is coming out that supports the hygiene hypothesis which “states that a lack of early childhood exposure to infectious agents, symbiotic microorganisms (e.g. gut flora or probiotics), and parasites increases susceptibility to allergic diseases by modulating immune system development.” — Wikipedia.org

So what does that mean for you all out there? Stop sterilizing your F*^KING environment! It is making you sick. How many times do I have to tell you?
