So here is my question of all questions: What does one do if he is aware? If you are asking aware of what, then you must not be paying attention. Aware of everything. Political corruptness; corporate greed; American materialism; human stupidity; America’s individualism at the expense of society; RELIGION, and its pathetic followers! What if you are aware of the “Matrix” but have not been freed from it? What if everyone around you is still believing the lie and trying to pull you back in to it, time and time again?

I keep telling myself, “it is not that horrible,” and “just ignore the bad and appreciate the good.” Unfortunately, I have for some time now. For decades, if you count the BS that one has to deal with as an intellectual child in public school. And the same inane things that one deals with in grade school, just seems to get more dynamic, complex and sophisticated, but nonetheless, still the same BS just a little more fancy. So, do people grow up, ever?

I just keep seeing, hearing and feeling the same experiences over and over and over. The same argument that people were fighting over in the 70’s, they are fighting over now. There is no progression, no finalization, no agreement. And it seems that I am the only one that is over it. Over it all. I can’t watch anything anymore because they are still arguing, utilizing the same “facts” that they used the year before and that were proven FALSE. And no one ever calls the other out, they just get right back on the train and ride it out until they end up there again, talking the same irrational and illogical crap that flowed just like the verbose political diarrhea the time before.

Even the comedy of it all isn’t funny any more, and I am not the only one to feel this way. It is hard to laugh at the same joke over and over. And that’s what it is, the same dumb ass conservative anti-gay politician exposed as gay, the same video of a powerful American politician sounding like an idiot, the same support the troops, the same fight them there so they don’t come over here … when is enough, enough?!

We live this lie that we are a great nation founded on wonderful principals. That is complete bullshit! We ourselves were (remember the late 1700’s, and our war against England?) and still are (from the eyes of an innocent Iraqis) TERRORISTS. We moved in and took over the land (North America), massacred almost an entire race of indigenous people (the’re called Native Americans for a reason) … all in the name of God (divine destiny). These puritanical warriors trying to purify the land, and its people. You should be ashamed of being proud of our country, our history. And here we are, doing it again, just in some other foreign land — Iraq. Just like we own the mother f*#ker.

Genocide, slavery, war, sexism, fear, oppression, materialism, greed, manipulation, dominance, occupation. You name it, we have done it, and we are trying to spread this crap; this so called democracy. I just don’t get it. Do you?
