Dick Morris: Soldiers Are Like Human Shields, Convenient & Sacrificial!

dick_morris.jpgMonday night, right-wing pundit Dick Morris opens his mouth on the Hannity & Colmes show and what comes out just shocked the hell out of me. Morris said that we need to keep our soldiers in Iraq “to give the terrorists the opportunity to kill more Americans, which they really like… so they don’t have to come to Wall Street to kill [us].” He continued by saying if they can do it around the corner, it will keep them from attacking us, and convenience is a big factor when you are a terrorist. Am I the only one that is completely ashamed of living in the same country as Dick Morris? Morris is insinuating we just rename the Iraqi project to Operation Human Shield.

Are conservatives so mentally insane that we are going to go along with an ideology that believes in sacrificing our soldiers to keep the terrorists happy and localized? Are we some primitive society from some year in the BC that believes in sacrificing people to please the angry Gods? This is completely insane! Our soldiers are not some disposable 7-Eleven for the terrorist’s convenience. Son of a bit@#, just writing this pisses me off! So let me make some kind of list here: We have Ann Coulter, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, Dick Morris, Steve Doocy, Gretchen Carlson and God knows who else going around spewing this ideology that only rots our country from the inside without any repercussions or accountability. Plus, they get the largest, most viewed platform to do it on averaging 3 million viewers daily. The problem is these viewers don’t know it’s complete fiction and actually think Fox News is really news.

But, enough of my ranting as I am sure you have some of your own to do in the comment section below. Fire away after you watch the clip. Remember, “Friends don’t let friends watch Fox News.”

    Nothing ever changes, does it?

From Herman Goering at the Nuremberg trials:

“Of course the people don’t want war. But after all, it’s the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it’s always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it’s a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger.”

Oh no, we’re keeping our soldiers over there instead of here so they won’t have family arguments resulting in domestic violence; and fathers won’t have to go to those so boring team sports events with their sons/daughters; and to help keep unemployment down here by giving away their “held” jobs.

–Gee, if I worked for Fox News I could get 3 million viewing Åmericans to believe my above demo of twisted logic and say, he’s right!

Go breathe in a bag, Dick Morris! –a body bag!
