VIDEO — Mrs. Bush: “No One Suffers More Than Us”
When Laura Bush was on the Today Show, she was asked by Anne Curry how she feels about the Iraq War. When Curry specifically mentioned suffering, Laura Bush wanted to make sure that America understood that no one suffers more than her and her husband. Wow, I did not know that life in the White House was so harsh. It must be worse than a war torn country suffering from constant fear, little money, little food, constant oppression and acts of violence for her to say that… right? Or, maybe she is just as delusional as her mindless, soulless husband George W. Bush.
Am I the only one that wants to get the hell out of America? If you don’t believe that someone could be this horrifically ignorant, please watch this video.

I’m sure Dubya and Laura sleep like champs every night. Have you ever seen the pics of LBJ at the end of his term? Dubya, ahh…

I just got tagged with a Meme in the form of an award, The Thinking Blog Award. And guess what, Tag Your It!
Here’s the Post where I nominate B4B, thanks guys this really is a great site. I don’t see meme’s fitting into the scheme of things here so I won’t be insulted if you don’t participate, but obviously you can if you want.
As for Laura, Why should I care what she has to say? I stopped paying attention to her husbands words years ago, I’m not going to waste one minute of my life contemplating Laura Bush’s view of the world, it’s as irrelevant as this comment.
Peace!
Hey Kilgore! Damn, thank you soo much for the award/meme. I am not sure how to handle this new found responsibility. I guess I take this award and pass it on to other “Thinking Blogs”? Unfortunately, the only blog that I read now and then is yours. I have been so busy reading five or so magazines and three plus books at the same time, it just leaves me no time to read other blogs as well.
Now to Mrs. Bush. I think she ought to run for a political office. Don’t you? With that type of cultured and intellectual world view, she would be great. That hurt even typing it out… actually I am a little scared.
Take care Kilgore.
I dislike Laura Bush almost as much as I dislike her spouse. My late, beloved mother used to say we could defeat the Iraqi insurgents by sending Laura Bush over there to bore them all to death.
Hey Vera, what are you doing up so late? Are you a vampire like me?
Anyways, your mother sounded like she was really funny. I actually laughed out load while reading the comment. Good to hear from you again. Talk to you later.
I think Laura Bush is the classic “Stepford Wife”. She is so robotic and stiff, she has to have been programmed.
Cerebral - Hey! LOL!! I’m a part-time vampire. I only sprout fangs & bat-wings on weekends or during an attack of insomnia. Also, I’m not sure how the time thing-y works on this blog. I may be 2-3 hours earlier than the time shows on here, if it’s Eastern or Central time.
Yes, my mom was a peach. She died in early 2006 - I miss her like crazy. God, how she disliked the Bush family LOL! Some of her insults were priceless - I should have written them down for posterity!
Unum - I call Mrs. Dubya a “Stepford Wife” all the time, too. I’m not sure what’s more phoney - her pasted-on smile, or her hair that never moves.
Hey Vera. We are central time. TX is where we reside. The time should be correct, but either way it is good to meet another vampire. Take care.
