This is really funny. It was reported in the political blog, Crooks and Liars that Republican Rep. Westmoreland argued that Al Gore was violating recently enacted ethics rules which bars former congressmen working as agents of a foreign government from being on the House floor. It appears that when Gore was asked to testify before Congress regarding global warming, he was visiting with former colleagues around lunchtime on the House floor. Well, according to Westmoreland, he was violating the law. It gets even sillier…

Here is my list of issues that should not even be debated since they are non-debatable. We continue to allow the media, the government and the republican party to allow distractions from what is actually the task at hand. Now don’t get me wrong, I am all for debating, but debating is only good when you are trying to get to the truth. While prosecutors were gathering documents from Alberto Gonzales’ office, they found a notepad with instructions for a new bill to pass. This bill included many things, but the weirdest was the manipulation of the pledge of allegiance for our youngsters. I thought I would share this with you since this is just another way that the administration is weeding out the liberal party, and controlling our future.
