VIDEO — Stephen Colbert Roasts George W. Bush
I know this is old, but I could not pass up posting this for people who may not have seen this video yet. This is a video excerpt of Stephen Colbert roasting Bush from the 2006 White House Correspondents Association Dinner. This Video is absolutely hilarious in the way Colbert can get away with all that he says. He talks about “spreading” democracy, the Iraq war, the US economy, religion in politics and Bush’s lack of approval in opinion polls. My favorite quote is “We know that polls are a collection of statistics that reflect what people are thinking in reality, and reality has a well known liberal bias.” This is one of the many gems in this video, and if you are lacking time to watch the whole thing, come back to watch the rest when you can. The whole thing is good, start to end!
